Use this page to report content on Maxspell services that you believe is illegal or breaks our Terms of Service: a phishing or malware link on ahref.is, spam sent through Business Email, or a hacked or illegal website on Cloud Hosting.

Email your report to [email protected].

What to Include

  1. Where the content is: the full short link (ahref.is/…), the web address, or for spam the complete message with its headers.
  2. Why you believe the content is illegal or abusive.
  3. Your name and email address, so we can confirm receipt and tell you our decision. You may leave them out if you report child sexual abuse material.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.

What Happens Next

We confirm that we received your report. A person reviews it and decides promptly, objectively and with care, for example to block a short link, stop a mailbox from sending, or suspend a website. We tell you our decision. The customer whose content we restrict gets the reasons and can ask us to review the decision.

If the content suggests a threat to someone's life or safety, contact the police first. We inform the authorities when we learn of such a threat.
